The Hall on Tuesday tweeted out a photo of the jersey Fitzpatrick wore during the Bucs' loss to the Steelers Sept. 24 in Tampa, when Fitzpatrick became the first quarterback in NFL history to throw for 400 or more yards in three consecutive games.
