Potentially short-handed at linebacker, Bucs sign Adarius Glanton

TAMPA, Fla. -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in limbo at linebacker with the possible upcoming suspension of Kwon Alexander, and Bruce Carter suffering a hamstring injury in Sunday's loss at Indianapolis.

Because of the uncertainty, the Bucs signed linebacker Adarius Glanton from Carolina's practice squad on Monday.

Glanton, 6-foot-1 and 230 pounds, played in 10 games with the Panthers in 2014 and had nine tackles, one tackle for a loss, one forced fumble and three special teams tackles. He has spent the entire 2015 season on the team's practice squad.
