The Glazer family is usually pretty tight-lipped about their product. But at the NFL owners meetings, Buccaneers’ Co-Chariman Joel Glazer spoke about quarterback Jameis Winston’s character and came to his defense when asked about the Uber allegations.
“Yeah, Jameis has been nothing but a great person since he’s been with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers,” Glazer told the Tampa Bay Times. “And he’s done everything we’ve asked of him. He’s been a great leader. He’s been unbelievable in the community and we have great confidence in Jameis. So we focus on the great things Jameis has done.
