Nick Folk was still the Bucs place-kicker on Friday even as the team began arranging to work out players at that position next week.
Folk has missed seven kicks in four games – five field goals and two extra points. He missed all three kicks in Thursday night's 19-14 loss to the Patriots.
Bucs players are off until next Tuesday. Folk said prior to a special teams meeting on Friday that he planned to take the weekend off to spend with family and not work on kicking.
"I'll probably get away. Hang out with my wife and kids,'' Folk said.
