The unnamed female Uber driver who has accused Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston of groping her in Arizona in 2016 has hired a familiar name to represent her: John Clune, who represented Zephyrhills' Erica Kinsman in her civil lawsuit against Winston.
"I have been retained by the Uber driver who reported Mr. Winston sexually assaulting her in 2016," Clune wrote on Twitter. "I would not anticipate any further interviews from her or lawsuits unless provoked by Mr. Winston."
The driver told Buzzfeed News that Winston was her lone passenger at 2 a.m. on a March 2016 night when he "grabbed my crotch," keeping his hand there for "three to five seconds.
