Mike Evans has seen his rankings in NFL and Buccaneers record books steadily climb higher and higher as the years go on, and 2024 should lend a few more notches on his belt.
In the newly released NFL Record and Fact Book for this year, it noted several accomplishments that Evans can match or exceed with yet another strong performance. Most notably, Evans can continue his insane stretch of 1,000-yard seasons to begin a career, which is already an NFL record he comfortably holds at 10 years.
Not only would another year of surpassing the 1k mark bolster that record, but it would also match Jerry Rice for longest stretch of consecutive 1,000-yard seasons period (11 years, which Rice recorded between 1986-96).
