TAMPA -- Longtime NFL assistant coach Tom Moore patrolled the practice field on Tuesday morning, getting a closer look at the Bucs offense.
The 80-year-old Moore has been in coaching since 1961, and has more than four decades of coaching experience in the NFL. He’s been the offensive coordinator to some elite offenses, and he can now lend a hand to longtime friend Bruce Arians’ new offense in Tampa Bay.
Moore will not join Arians’ staff in any official capacity. He is expected to attend some OTA practices and part of training camp, but it isn’t anticipated that he will be with the Bucs during the regular season.
