Logan Mankins returns to Buccaneers practice, Seferian-Jenkins still absent

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers saw Logan Mankins return to practice in limited participation after sitting out yesterday and the two weeks before with a groin injury. Mankins appears to be on track to play on Sunday, although he may sit out and be replaced by Kevin Pamphile who was adequate in that role against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Evan Smith was once again limited, but he is likely to play on Sunday.

However, the Bucs saw backup tackle Reid Fragel suffer a concussion, requiring him to sit out practice and ruling him out until he can pass the concussion protocol.
