After signing Jameis Winston the day they drafted him, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have now signed a second draft pick: six-rounder Kaelin Clay, who played his college football at Mt. San Antonio Junior College and Utah.
The Bucs expect Clay to take hold of the job of return specialist, which is where he made his money tuition in college. He managed three punt return touchdowns on just 23 punts, and another kick return touchdown on 22 kickoff returns. Those are some pretty expressive numbers, and he's certainly an explosive player -- but his size (5'10", 195 lbs.
