Aging in the NFL often leads to the end of a career before almost anything else, but in the case of Jason Peters, it seems as though growing older can only slow him down so much.
Peters is moving into his 17th year in the NFL and is showing few signs of slowing down. In 2019, pff.com graded Peters out as the sixth-best tackle in the entire NFL.
While he may be old and the Bucs can’t give him a long contract, Tampa Bay could likely make a move to bring Peters in for a year on a cheap contract to protect Tom Brady.
