For the first time in nearly a month, Jameis Winston practiced with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Both Winston and Ryan Fitzpatrick went through positional drills, and there was no word about which quarterback would be starting this week’s game.
Even reports live from practice couldn’t take much away from the field work itself, as the Buccaneers continue to keep the quarterback situation a secret.
Still, it’s exciting to see Winston back in the facility. After a tumultuous offseason, Winston can focus on just football from here on out.
“Yesterday was kind of an off day, so I got here at about 5:30 [AM],” Winston said, according to transcripts released by the organization.
