Facts can be deceiving while rumors can be revealing. According to Tampa Bay Tribune’s Roy Cummings, potential first overall pick, Jameis Winston, was invited to Derrick Brooks’ Charity event to play along with the pros at Avla Country Club. Winston’s agent Kenny Felder was in attendance and was asked about possibly discussion of contract negotiations between the Bucs and Winston.
Per the Tampa Bay Tribune:
“No, there’s no plans to do anything like that,’’ Felder said. “We’re out of here tonight. Jameis is here to play in Derrick’s tournament and I’m just here to see Derrick.
