TAMPA BAY: GM Jason Licht wasn’t afraid to massage the draft board, emerging with perhaps the three best prospects at their respective positions in CB Vernon Hargreaves, DE Noah Spence and K Robert Aguayo, who came at a high cost. All should make an immediate impact in 2016. GRADE: B+
ATLANTA: Coach Dan Quinn entered the draft intent on landing some impact players for a defense that couldn’t get off the field last fall. S Keanu Neal has ordinary ball skills but is a punishing tackler, and LB Deion Jones covers ground in a hurry.
