Injuries could give Bucs rush end Noah Spence opportunity vs. Browns

TAMPA — Noah Spence walked off the field Friday afternoon dripping with sweat. His practice jersey was a darker shade of red, the result of another day of work trying to get back on the NFL radar.

Bucs coach Dirk Koetter lauds the defensive end's work ethic. Two years ago, Tampa Bay took Spence in the second round of the draft. He was among the most highly touted rush ends available. His rookie year, he played in every game and registered 5 ½ sacks.

This year he has been a ghost, not seen on the field with the exception of four snaps in the season opener at New Orleans six weeks ago.
