On Wednesday afternoon, a second trade was made inside the top five for this year’s draft. The Philadelphia Eagles reached a deal with the Cleveland Browns to move up from No. 8 to No. 2. In order to move up, the Eagles have sent Cleveland the No. 8 overall pick and a third and fourth round pick in this year's draft along with a first and second-round pick in next year's draft. Last week, it was the Tennessee Titans who traded the No. 1 overall pick to the Los Angeles Rams.
