BOSTON — Former Patriots and Florida tight end Aaron Hernandez, convicted of one murder and awaiting trial for two more, faces a new charge of witness intimidation in the shooting of an eyewitness to a 2012 double homicide in Boston in which he was named as the gunman.
The witness, Alexander Bradley of Hartford, Conn., lost his right eye in a February 2013 shooting in Riviera Beach, about 5 miles north of West Palm Beach. He said in a civil suit that Hernandez shot him after a dispute over a bill at a strip club.
