After a dormant first day of the official tampering period of NFL free agency, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers came to life on day-two, re-signing the likes of quarterback Ryan Griffin, linebacker Kevin Minter, and kicker Cairo Santos. In addition to keeping familiar faces in town, general manager Jason Licht and his team brought in three players who could pay off huge dividends for the Bucs in 2019.
