Warrick Dunn came into the league in 1997 as the Buccaneers’ first-round draft pick. He was an immediate hit, putting up two 100-yard rushing efforts in his first three regular season games. He would end that season on the Pro Bowl roster with 978 rushing yards, 39 catches and seven total touchdowns, along with the title of AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year.
Dunn became a quick fan favorite with his big play potential and with his devotion to community service throughout Tampa Bay.
