Let’s face it, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are not close to competing and must blow up their current roster and plan. This may include moving on from quarterback Jameis Winston if they decide to go this route; this does not mean that the Bucs should draft another quarterback in the first round, however.
In fact, they must strongly stay away from drafting a quarterback in the 2020 NFL Draft. Given that the Buccaneers are not just one or two positions away from competing, and actually lack foundational talent, they must wait to draft a quarterback until the other pieces are laid.
