On Saturday, Buccaneers center Evan Smith will become the 18th member of Idaho State’s Ring of Honor. He is the first Idaho State player to be selected for the school’s Ring of Honor since 2009, when current Panthers defensive end Jared Allen was honored.
Smith will be honored at halftime during Idaho State’s game against Eastern Washington in Pocatallo, Idaho.
"I would like to thank Idaho State for giving me this honor," Smith said to Idaho State’s website. "I am so excited and honored that I have been able to represent ISU in such a positive light during my professional career.
