TAMPA, Fla. -- To Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter, the idea of sharing intelligence about his former team is overblown.
After all, why waste words when tape tells the story?
"They don't need me to tell them how good Julio Jones is," Koetter said Wednesday. "I mean, turn the film on."
Koetter coached the dynamic Jones as the Atlanta Falcons' offensive coordinator from 2012 to 2014. The Bucs hired Koetter in January to give life to an offense that averaged just 17.3 points per game last year. He'll face his old team for the first time Sunday at the Georgia Dome.
