The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have three significant injuries: right tackle Demar Dotson continues to be in the concussion protocol, backup right tackle Gosder Cherilus is not practicing due to a groin injury, and defensive end William Gholston is out with a dislocated elbow.
None of those players are likely to suit up against the New Orleans Saints, which presents the Bucs with a dilemma at right tackle. They can move left guard Kevin Pamphile to that position, playing Evan Smith at left guard in his stead. Or they can try to put inexperienced backup Leonard Wester into a starting position — a rather dangerous proposition.
