TAMPA — Sporting News ranked all 32 NFL uniforms for 2019, and the only six teams ranked worse than the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Tadd Haislop’s rankings took into consideration the entire uniform scheme for each team, including home and away combinations, the throwback unis and the Color Rush uniforms.
