TAMPA, Fla. - The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are making Pro Football Hall of Famer Tony Dungy the newest member of the Buccaneer Ring of Honor, the team announced Tuesday. Dungy's induction ceremony will take place at halftime during the Monday Night Football game in Tampa against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sept. 24.
"Tony Dungy's impact on the Buccaneers and the Tampa Bay community is not measured in terms of wins and losses. Tony transformed our entire organization and established a winning culture that set the foundation for the most successful era in our franchise's history," Bucs co-chairman Bryan Glazer said in a statement.
