On Tuesday, six Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders performed a 60 second routine at the 2016 Invictus Games in Orlando. The squad performed during the sitting volleyball Bronze medal match and stayed to cheer on Team USA as the Americans captured the Gold medal in a thrilling match against the United Kingdom.
Britain’s Prince Harry founded the Invictus Games in 2014 to create a means to honor wounded servicemen and women through athletic competition. The Invictus Games are an international sporting event for wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women, both active duty and veterans, to compete and accomplish athletic success rather than be identified by their injuries.
