TAMPA — David Kenney made sure he got noticed. One of 27 players during the Bucs’ rookie minicamp last weekend, he hadn’t played football since 2015. But he consistently kept getting to the quarterback.
“He gets to come back Tuesday," coach Bruce Arians said, meaning Kenney will be part of the 90-man roster which begins organized team activities. “When you get past the quarterback on just about every play, that catches everybody’s attention. Let’s see if he can do it against the next group.”

Kenney was among four tryout players signed by the Bucs out of rookie minicamp, including Wisconsin safety D’Cota Dixon, North Texas tackle Riley Mayfield and Illinois State receiver Spencer Schnell.
