TAMPA — The Tampa Bay Buccaneers still believe that former University of South Florida wide receiver Andre Davis has a future in the NFL. And they’d like that future to be with them.
Davis, whom the Bucs signed to their practice squad in October, was one of nine players the Bucs signed to futures contracts on Tuesday.
The other additions were centers Josh Allen and Ben Gottschalk, guard Antoine Everett, safety Gerod Holliman, defensive end Martin Ifedi, defensive tackle Derrick Lott and cornerbacks C.J. Roberts and Joel Ross.
