TAMPA — Buccaneers DT Gerald McCoy has been in the league for five years now, and the fact that he’s yet to help lead the Bucs to the playoffs has left the three-time Pro Bowler a little sour.
“Enough is enough,” McCoy said Saturday after heavy rains forced the team to turn its first public afternoon workout into a private workout under the lights at the University of South Florida.
“I’m not (young) anymore,” McCoy added. “I’m going into my sixth year, and I truly believe this team will only go as far as I go. So I definitely feel the urgency.
