TAMPA — The Bucs added one of the NFL's best talent evaluators from the Super Bowl champion Broncos.
John Spytek, a national scout for the Broncos, agreed to terms to become the Bucs director of player personnel.
Spytek, 35, replaces Jon Robinson as the right-hand man for Bucs general manager Jason Licht. Robinson was hired as the Titans GM.
A former Michigan linebacker, Spytek has nine seasons of personnel experience in the NFL. During his three seasons as the director of college scouting for Cleveland (2010-12), the Browns produced six PFWA all-rookie players and drafted four players who went on to made the Pro Bowl in 2013.
