TAMPA - For the second week in a row the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have an NFL Rookie of the Week candidate.
The nominee this time is middle linebacker Kwon Alexander, who had 10 tackles, two pass breakups and an interception during the Bucs 19-9 loss to the Texans last week.
Quarterback Jameis Winston was the winner of the Week 2 balloting for Rookie of the Week, which is decided by fan vote.
