TAMPA — One promise coach Bruce Arians made when he was hired was that he and his staff would do its part to find those diamond-in-the-rough players who might currently be buried on the team’s depth chart.
Arians said then that he planned to have two practice fields working during organized team activities — one for the starters and veterans, and the other for players who normally might not see enough practice snaps to get evaluated adequately.
Even though storms forced Tuesday’s first offseason full-squad workout into the indoor training facility, Arians was able to run two practices on the one indoor field, splitting it at the 50-yard line.
