TAMPA, Fla. -- Tampa Bay Buccaneers Pro Bowl defensive tackle Gerald McCoy suffered a calf injury in the second quarter Sunday against the Denver Broncos and was ruled out for the remainder of the game.
McCoy had just split a sack with defensive end William Gholston. He attempted to leave the field before collapsing to his knee. Once on the sideline, McCoy took off his shoe and attempted to put weight on the leg but couldn't. He went to the locker room with a trainer limping very heavily, his face grimacing.
