TAMPA — It’s hard to find a looser head coach than Bruce Arians, but he preaches discipline.
Those sermons have fallen flat after the Bucs first two preseason games.
The Bucs had 16 penalties called against them in last Friday’s 30-28 loss at Pittsburgh, with 14 of them accepted for 112 yards.
So the 66-year-old Arians, who oozes cool, got a little hot this week during joint practices with the Miami Dolphins when the flags kept dropping.
“We’ve had some more in these practices,’’ Arians said. “I keep telling them, ‘You get penalties, you’re not making the team.
