Bucs add Broncos' Spytek to front office

TAMPA — The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are getting one of the chief architects of the Denver Broncos Super Bowl 50 championship team.

John Spytek, a Broncos national scout since 2014, has agreed to terms on a deal that will make him the Bucs’ new director of player personnel, according to Mike Klis of 9News in Denver.

Spytek, who spent three years serving the Cleveland Browns as their director of college scouting before joining the Broncos, will replace Jon Robinson as general manager Jason Licht’s top assistant.

Robinson left the Bucs in January after two years on the job to take over as the Tennessee Titans general manager.
