The first day of Tampa Bay Buccaneers training camp would have started at 2:30 p.m., except for all of the rain and lightning preventing that from happening. Instead, the Bucs didn't get to work until 7:00 p.m. at the USF campus in a workout that was closed to the public -- but they did get the work in. So let's go through some of the key observations from those who were there.
