The Tampa Bay Buccaneers picked Vernon Hargreaves III in the first round of the 2016 NFL draft. The Florida cornerback didn't quite fill a need: the Bucs could definitely use a cornerback, but they'd signed Brent Grimes earlier this offseason, and are hopeful that Johnthan Banks and Alterraun Verner return to form under a new head coach.
So while Hargreaves is a useful and good pick, he still leaves the Bucs with several key needs unaddressed, most notably pass rusher. The good news there is that the Bucs will have their pick of pass rushers at the top of the second round: Noah Spence, Kevin Dodd and Emmanuel Ogbah all fell out of the first round and would fit the Bucs' needs -- especially Spence.
