Buccaneers supporting over thirty causes this weekend

This weekend is the NFL’s “My Cause, My Cleats” initiative which allows players to customize their cleats however they like to raise money and awareness for various charities that they’re involved in or they themselves support.

The idea of the initiative is that players can auction off their game-worn cleats and the money will go to the foundation that each player has chosen to support. For the Buccaneers, they enlisted the help of local artist Jason Hulfish to design the cleats.

Listed below are the players participating and the charities they’ve elected to support.

Andrew Adams - American Heart Association

Antony Auclair - Shriners Hospital For Children

Zack Bailey - Pat Tillman Foundation

Alex Cappa - National CMV Foundation

Jack Cichy - “Mind” Mental Health/Depression Awareness

Lavonte David - Lavonte’s Legends

Matt Gay - Anti-Bullying

Ryan Griffin - Beyond Batten Disease (Ben Sikora & John Sikora)
