Ryan Fitzpatrick has absorbed hundreds of hits over the course of his 14-year NFL career, and Monday night he absorbed another 13, courtesy of the Pittsburgh Steelers. That’s several more hits than he took during the first two games of this season combined.
In their 30-27 win, the Steelers hit him so many times and from so many directions that he’s still looking under his bed to make sure a linebacker isn’t waiting to pounce on him when he least expects it.
