Well, we all saw the writing on the wall as soon as Sean Murphy-Bunting went down with an injury a week ago. The Buccaneers have officially reached out to veteran corner Richard Sherman according to Tom Pelissero, and this is absolutely the right move by a franchise with such high hopes for 2021.
This should’ve always been the main goal for the Bucs, and hopefully, it ends up working out. With it being impossible to rely on SMB for now and with Davis a question mark for the game today against the Falcons, it is clear the injury bug is coming for the Buccaneer secondary again.
