The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are signing Tim Jennings, Jason Licht just announced during the Bucs game against the Miami Dolphins. The cornerback visited the Bucs earlier this week after being waived by the Chicago Bears and has been mulling an offer since then, which was apparently attractive enough to entice him to sign.
Jennings hasn't been the player he used to be, though, as he struggled last season and was released after a poor preseason. Still, he's just three years removed from a nine-interception, All-Pro season under Lovie Smith and his familiarity with the system gives him a leg up.
