The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed thirteen college free agents to contracts, the team announced today. The most prominent names are Towson defensive end Ryan Delaire, and TCU safety Chris Hackett, both of whom have a good shot at sticking on the roster, given the team's lack of depth at both positions. Hackett had seven interceptions last season, and may have a shot at the backup free safety spot. Meanwhile, Delaire's game tape looks pretty solid, and the Bucs liked him enough to offer him a $15,000 signing bonus, according to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun.
