Rain or shine, training camp on Monday held a distinct privilege as the Buccaneers hosted over 1,000 active and retired military members for a private Military Appreciation Day presented by USAA. As guests entered the practice fields, they were gifted with a special Buccaneers Salute to Service pennant and were surprised with a pair of complimentary tickets for the final pre-season game on August 31, when the Buccaneers host the Washington Redskins.
The morning session kicked off with a patriotic performance by the Buccaneers Cheerleaders followed by a presentation of the nation’s colors and the national anthem by Staff Sergeant John Malone.
