The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are busy releasing, waiving and otherwise removing players off their roster as they try to get to the 53-man roster limit today. So far, the Bucs have released defensive tackle Caushaud Lyons (per Greg Auman), cornerback Isaiah Frey (per Josina Anderson) and wide receiver Donteea Dye (per Auman).
None of those cuts are surprising, but all three could land on the Bucs' practice squad once all is said and done. Dye had a pretty decent preseason, despite entering the NFL as an undrafted rookie out of Heidelberg.
