TAMPA — Tuesday is moving day at One Buc Place, a day often devoted to moving players on and off the bottom of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers roster or the practice squad. And so it has gone again today.
Released was running back Mike James, a Haines City native and sixth-round pick of the Bucs out of Miami in 2013 who had yet to dress for a game this year.
James appeared in 20 games (three starts) the previous two years with the Bucs and ran the ball 79 times for 332 yards but no touchdowns. He also caught 11 passes for 38 yards.
