The Buccaneers, despite what head coach Dirk Koetter is saying, aren’t primed for a playoff push. At 3-6, Tampa Bay is at the bottom of the NFC South. The team likely won’t be making its way out any time soon. Sunday’s opponent, the New York Giants, are even worse off. They sit at 2-7 and are well on their way to a high pick in next year’s draft.
So, Sunday will feature two teams that don’t have too much to play for as far as 2018 is concerned. However, the Bucs have some individual and team records that are on the line as the rest of the year unfolds.
