The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed tackle Reid Fragel to the roster from their practice squad, the team announced today. Fragel replaces Mike James, who was waived yesterday after having had a total of 19 carries and one reception under Lovie Smith, and being inactive the first three games of this season. It's not clear why the Bucs decided to promote Fragel. As far as I know, there are no injuries to the current starting or backup offensive linemen -- though today's practice and injury report later today could reveal something more.
