The Tampa Bay Buccaneers spent most of the NFL's Week 11 one man short on their active roster, but they'll be at full strength when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday. On Saturday, upon arriving in Philadelphia, the Buccaneers announced that they had promoted rookie linebacker Josh Keyes from the practice squad.
Tampa Bay had been operating with an open spot on the 53-man roster since a round of early-week roster moves that included the release of linebacker Orie Lemon and D.J. Swearinger and the re-signing of defensive end Lawrence Sidbury.
Keyes (6-2,223) is returning to the Buccaneers after spending training camp with the team.
