The 2015 NFL draft is over, which means it's time for NFL teams to shake up their scouting departments. Most front office contracts run through the draft, and teams are always hesitant to make changes before a major event because replacing people right before you're making major decisions is usually not a recipe for success.
This year, the Buccaneers parted ways with director of pro scouting Scott Cohen, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Cohen joined the team in 2013 under Mark Dominik. Apparently, his experience was no longer needed -- just another bit of Jason Licht getting rid of nearly all of Dominik's people.
