The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have finally officially signed of Tim Jennings, a move that they'd announced since last Thursday but hadn't finalized as they tweaked the 53-man roster. Jennings is likely to sign a minimum salary deal, given that he's still being paid $4 million by the Chicago Bears for not playing this year -- any salary the Bucs would give him is subtracted from that $4 million, according to Ian Rapoport.
Jennings is most likely to compete for the slot cornerback position with Sterling Moore, who was signed this offseason but disappointed in the preseason.
