Some offenses are set up to win right now, while others are built with the future in mind. Over at ESPN, Aaron Schatz of Football Outsiders tried to find five offenses that adhere to the latter paradigm. He did so by looking at what they call "snap-weighted age," or the average age of the team's offensive players based on the snaps they're likely to take, rather than a vague ranking of 'starters,' which is an increasingly outdated metric given all of the different packages teams put out there.
Combine St. Louis' offensive line overhaul with Tennessee's fresh-faced rookie QB, and you get the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
